The brutally honest reason is I have no idea. I am confident in my own ability to find clues so I probably won’t be using that as a reason to switch off you. I will say that my vote on you is not firm but honestly I’d rather someone else make the switch bc I don’t have strong feelings either way.

I know this question wasn't directed towards me but I'm gonna jump into this convo to say, well yes, Potent over MD (typically a hard read for me). However, is it not jumping the gun a little bit here to use the line of thinking of "who could you read better by D5" to determine D1 exile?

I think its the best time to use that line of thinking. At any other stage of the game you have more info and should be using it. Im saying if you are equally suspicious of the three of us... why would you not use that line of thinking?

Its interesting that both Dan and Rummy both came out using the same (faulty) logic there questioning the timing of my line of thinking. Even after I already responded to Dan. I think we can rule them out as a Mafia duo as that would be very sloppy.

I don't strongly disagree with the notion (the one bolded above)--just wanted to hear you explain it a little bit more. If equally sus of all three, then sure.
I figured it wouldn't be long before someone noted my quietness, but it is not for nefarious reasons--tbh it is just that I haven't been on my computer much (and hate drafting Maf posts on my phone). I'm off work this whole week which means more free time, yes, but I'm trying to catch up on things I don't have as much time for when working: leisure reading, doing some cleaning/organizing things I've been putting off, etc. Also have been seeing fam a lot recently.
Will definitely try to up my conversation level D2, but I honestly don't have much to add right now. Will do a reread today before I leave to meet a friend for a walk in a couple hours, to see if anything catches my eye from the discussion that's transpired.

Plus, I played some pretty chaotic town vibes last game; I feel like it would be tiresome if did that back to back. being more chill townie this time.
Jostles, am not currently sus of you. Potent and MD, not sure yet--Potent is asking questions typical of his D1 line of questioning/reasoning, and MD is...forever a hard read for me, so I'm not going to venture a guess on how I'm feeling about his role rn here in D1

But then uhh, hasn't really been around/talking at all.
I know I've been quieter than I often am D1, but I also didn't come into the game pronouncing I'd be chatty/aggressive (I sometimes do).
We don't have much to go on D1, ofc, but this is enough to make me want to vote opposite of KPO rn.

It is D1...I’m trying to vote with at least a tinge of Reasoning rather than just eenie meanie miney moe. So I did. And now everyone “doesn’t buy it”—what is the “it” here exactly? That kpo’s quietness has surprised me after he asserted he’d be aggressive, and thus I feel good Voting opposite of him rn?
Would you have “bought it” if I voted for jostles instead with some equally trivial but at least tangible detail to sway me to that vote?
