Live doesn't necessarily mean the crazy light show. Pretty sure he played some fests Live in 2019 without that setup.

Wasn't trying to say he wouldn't have it at your fest. Just pointing out that the light show is not the differentiator between a DJ set and a live set.

I think this has only been around since 2017-2018 and was only at limited runs. I also don’t think it’s ever played a festival but could be wrong. It’s just super intricate for fests. Koze is also doing a similar thing I believe.
