It's not a metal band y'know. He has some very bassy/electronic stuff going on in some songs that mix things up v nice with the folk stuff. In other songs he has like three jazz artists joining him. Like I said, his shows are great.

I didn't say it wasn't good, I just think calling it "high energy" is a bit dishonest

can we acknowledge that "high energy" can mean a lot different things within the context of different genres. something doesn't have to be loud and fast paced for it to be "high energy".
