I have some trouble believing Marilyn Manson pulls 300k/show
too high or too low
High for what I expected.
Revention is a 3500 ish cap venue so selling it out is no small feat, but it is also large compared to some other places he plays, which are more like club/HOB size.
He and Pumpkins did an amphitheater tour in 2015, I think. So maybe I'm wrong. Wanted to go, mainly for him, but my friend in Dallas got an ear infection and couldn't go. Never seen him.
And it's a separate discussion, but I wouldn't see him now after hearing how he was abusive toward Evan Rachel Wood, and also some of his dismissive comments about Twiggy's rape allegations. It's a shame, because I think he was genuinely an incisive artist back in the nineties, and Twiggy was a very talented songwriter. But they're cancelled in my book.

my feeling is if you were a co-headliner level act for one of those live nation tours you are pulling 300k

He plays small rooms even in big markets. Smallest crowd I’ve ever seen at Coachella for his show, legitimately maybe 50 people there. I know he’s really hot on inforoo and the new album got some publicity but the price seems appropriate

They're subs at nearly ever festival they were scheduled to play. Charli is not 'that' big, they are.
Are they bigger than Carti, Thug, and Uzi?
Have they been drafted yet? Some acts don't make sense at all for their size, Blake subbed in 2019 iirc aswell. You either give complete liberty and then Im completely fine people spending tons of money now or it gets regulated better cause some of these look wonky as hell.
