For the bracket rounds, vote for the lineup that would put on the BEST STADIUM LEVEL SHOW. Please consider things like musicianship, stage presence, production values, and the ability to keep the attention of a massive crowd with a mix of music nerds and general audiences.

They have some overlap, but I gotta go with the one that has Bjork, Portishead, and CSNY. Those are all bucket list type acts for me. Talking Heads are too, but I've seen most of the other stuff I like on Cool Aid. Clearly, that's a very personal assessment. Cool Aid probably does have it on the general audience criterion. So I'm waffling a bit.
It's funny that, between these two, the one that has Sufjan is the one that isn't Rummy's.

I don't think a ton of general population people super care about VW, Brandi Carlile, Sufjan, or Pixies, like if we're talking about Nebraska or moms or something. I think Cool Aid has an edge on the big names, which I acknowledged, but there are other considerations as well.

I stand by my points there, even if they also happened to be self-serving.
I almost drafted Nirvana with the rotating lead singer group from their Hall of Fame induction (Lorde, Joan Jett, Kim Gordon, St Vincent) but thought that I had some more time so it's not like I am opposed to the concept. I just felt like losing Paul and John and only being left with Paul and Ringo was just too much of a trade off even with Sean and Jeff Lynne.

Nah, it's all good. I just wouldn't go the anonymous route again in the future. It was fun to not have anyone know that I was drafting or to be able to assign choices to me but I still held back a lot of commentary. It didn't feel as participatory as previous drafts.
