I think there are 5 borderline cases that made it, at least, including Vermeil and the official. Which seems high to me. I'm not saying none of them deserve it. I do think there were more worthy people that were left out. But I guess this gets to what your definition of a worthy Hall of Famer is.
Vermeil had a career 120-109 record for goodness sakes! I went into this thinking, in fairness, Cowher probably was only a little better and has the same number of Super Bowl wins. Cowher was 161-99-1 in his career. And to me was a borderline HOF candidate.
I guess I wish it were a little more exclusive.
Well the committee hates the Raiders and they didnt elect Tom Flores into the hall til a few years ago and he had won 2 super bowls. so how exclusive is it already when you could win 2 titles and sit around for 40 years waiting for the call just due to the fact of which franchise youre associated with. Fuck you Rams. I hate that I like so many of their players and coaches though. Haha. Still Fuck them. I don’t have a prediction on the game, but it would rule if the Bengals win. As far as the game goes, I'm finding it hard to care too much who wins. I don't want Burrow to get a ring before Allen. I hate the Rams owner for moving his team.
Giving the edge to my pettiness instead of my virtue signaling, I guess I'm hoping for the Rams. I'd like Robert Woods to get a ring more than Quentin Spain, too.
