It seems like that's Shanahan's MO - a "distributor" not a "playmaker". It just makes no sense to pay the price they paid to trade up to 3 to get him. Seems like they probably could have moved to the bottom half of top 10 for less and still got Mac.
Jay Glazer had it earlier as is his annual big draft news and others are confirming. So they want Devonta I figure cause he is dropping like a rock so they just gotta get to 7 or 8.
