Seattle was figuring those first round picks were going to be ass anyway. 20 and higher over 3 years? Thats why like that Panthers offer with Bridgewater was pretty attractive if you added a couple more sweeteners. A top 10 pick to begin with easily can net you 3 more picks, especially if youre seattle who would flip it for sure. That wouldve been a good one for Houston too cause you get a qb in return and end up in a solid spot to get whoever you wanted.

Peterson isn’t really a great player anymore. He’s solid but he demanded a trade and very likely purposefully failed a PED test when they didn’t. Then tried to pretend like he always wanted to stay.

cause they dont want to trade him at all and want to force him to play or maybe even retire. This happening 3 months ago, ok, that doesnt set off any alarms as to his status. But on the eve of free agency?
And anyone saying that they dont want Deshaun on their team better look at previous players your respective franchise has signed. Cause every team has at least one player thats done some bad shit so dont act like theyre perfect.
