I don't disagree re: the runoff should now be me/BKB but both Potent and BKB have spoken to the insight we will gain from "where people vote between us"--at this point, with a reveal and all this out in the open being discussed, do we really think Mafia are necessarily going to vote to protect their own if a Maf is in this runoff (so BKB if he is Maf, though I'm not at all convinced he's not town)?? I am not sure how useful that data will be since a reveal always taints it in effect ESPECIALLY with role reveals

I want to add that Jortles’ willingness to stack Potent and myself up to 5 is a huge red flag, and if/when I get exiled tonight, and you get confirmation that I’m town, he needs to be looked at.

from where i'm sitting, if I believe Potent (which I do), I know I'm town, Potent is too, and BKB is unknown but doesn't strike me as particularly sus. You'll find out soon enough the role of whichever one of us you choose to exile but in the meantime, I'm saying that from MY perspective, I'm worried it is gonna be town exile no matter what

Aahhh the timing of this reveal hurts...but then again I gave Potent shit last game for asking for an extension and then nothing happening so I understand the reasoning. I just feel like there were other options. But c'est la vie. At the very least, the early timing of it makes it far more believable than if he was in a two-person runoff and was about to be voted off. Between BKB and Rummy I want to keep my vote where it is given Tranter's earlier movement.

Yeah, I was pretty irritated by it as well. But my thought was that it makes sense to give people a choice between two people whose status we don't know, instead of waiting to see whether I was the exile and then revealing, with no other options for town. With Jortles superstacking me in the wee hours of the morning, I gave it like 8 hours and only one person showed even a half interest in moving.

if it’s my vote you’re interested in, it doesn’t really make a difference if it’s before or after yours and KPOs so long as it’s level. Plus I already said I prefer Rummy over BKB.

We gotta get people to stop acting like they know things on Day 1. Youre wrong here. Potent literally knows nothing outside of Tranter. We are fucked and need help from role reveals but even then we are fucked because we didnt even get to the final runoff of day 1. Everyone is just bullshitting up to the point of the reveal anyway.
