I think you can have both. I personally am having the most fun with this draft having free reign to make the rules for what my festival will be
Yeah you can have both but I'm picking the lineup with the acts I want to see the most regardless of it being curated well or not
in the last two drafts I did (Coachella and [shudder] the Realistic Bonnaro Draft) I had to take acts I wasn't wild about to hit certain quotas or benchmarks or whatever. This time I'm not taking an act just because I know it'll get votes, just taking things I personally really enjoy.
