Jaz then on the page after Tranter tries to get in on the revote situation to try to shake people off him again. Again Maddog is involved in this convo. Though I still lean a little more Potent at this point in time. I agree with you that its doubtful that they coordinated that together out in public as a team. But I still like one of them to be mafia.
I think i like this runoff. Potent, Teddy and Danny should all be in there, and they are--though Dan feels least sus out of that group, to me right now.

even up votes are sort of gutless, but to do it while the other person is in a 2 way runoff with a mafia member is suspicious

There were three votes left with Kanye, Teddy, Rummy. When Kanye voted Tranter, it sealed his fate. While I agree that Teddy could have pulled some galaxy brain moves... maybe, there is no doubt that Mafia was already in the position to need a switch regardless of Teddys vote. I'm confused why you didn't add to the conversation when I brought this up before... digging for posts now.

I think there’s very real and legitimate reasons to be on potent here (and his quietness is worrying here too), but I do think you are reaching a little bit when you’re quoting some of his posts.
I think one thing I've noticed (if someone wants to pull data and prove me wrong) in a role reveal world, is mafia has flipped language from explaining why you should vote for someone else to how the reveal will exonerate them. may have just been hold over from the people I was mafia with but with the reveal there's only so much martyrdom that can happen

I’ll ask you this though since you’re going more on feels this game. What do you make of both potent and Jaz both explicitly defending me saying I’m mafia earlier as joke? As I said in my earlier post my thinking is it is something easy a mafia can say because they know it to be true. Not saying they are both maf or anything but it stuck out to me.

I know I'm like, old and not fun anymore but sometimes I legit can't tell when people are joking in this game. Dan saying he was Mafia with you certainly reads to me like a joke (and I'm sure others did as well), but it seems like you're taking it seriously, which is kinda a bit of a head scratcher. I mean, if Dan is Mafia, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to even jokingly out himself. I mean I guess it could be a "hide in plain sight" type thing but otherwise I don't think it accomplishes much for Mafia-Dan. In the end this makes your reaction more sus to me than what he said.
Something I'm pondering here...I know we've talked a good deal about the heightened significance of d1 distancing now that we are doing role reveals, but then there is the flip side of it as a tactic--and is something Kanye/Theo/and I chatted about last game as a potential route to take. and you can see it in the beginning of that game's thread that we were trying it on for size: being outwardly in accordance with a teammate to the point where people might read back and think "nah, they wouldn't be that obvious."

I feel like Rummy is most likely town, so I'm not going to pursue her this round. It's just unlikely that the runoff was two mafia members.
Since Tranter was mafia, it seems likely that one mafia had to vote him off. I am thinking that combos of Maddog/Dan, Maddog/Teddy, Dan/Teddy are rules out with Tranter. But, one of those three is probably mafia as well, because I have a hard time believing two mafia voted off a third mafia.
Obviously people agree with this in theory because Teddy and I are the two runoff participants currently.

this is another one missing the context. direct response to teddy asking a question to my looking back at the game with new knowledge. literally no way for me to analyze in that way prior besides the meta even up votes
