So 2/3 seems to be what we're looking at here since we're trying to estimate what percentage of people kept their tix. Obvs not scientific and Inforooers are probably significantly more like to have kept their tix. Still, if even 40% kept their tix then Roo only needs to sell about 48K new tix if they're at full capacity. As potentially the first (or at least one of the first) major festival out of the gates that's a pretty low bar, IMO.

also the general messaging from Live Nation we've heard is that for the live music industry as a whole, a significant amount of people chose to hold their tickets and roll forward. as i've posted before when looking at publicly available financial reports from Live Nation, there is a material deferred revenue balance which would be these rolled forward tickets, so i don't think LN is bullshitting us.
