Sorry if this is the wrong forum/place/medium/etc. and sorry if this question is already answered somewhere, but I was wondering what the best strategy is to look for aftermarket tickets? My best friend bought a ticket to Bonnaroo but I still wasn't feeling confident because of COVID-19. I thought I would have more time to decide whether the experience would be okay for me this year, but, wow, did those tickets sell fast. I don't want her to have to go alone, so I was wondering if any of y'all had suggestions on what I could do in the way of obtaining a ticket now that it's sold out! And, to the extent that this is an option, will there still be tickets for sale in the secondary market later this year when we better know what's going on with COVID?
The official ticket exchange mentioned on this page(https://www.bonnaroo.com/information) or stubhub are probably your best options. If you time it right most years you can get a ticket on the secondary market for close to or below face value closer to the fest. There is obviously a lot of uncertainty this year so it’s tough to speculate what the secondary market will look like this year. I’d just keep an eye on the official exchange and stubhub.

If you're gonna buy resale, definitely don't do it now. Prices should get much better closer to the time of the festival as people who have passes but aren't going get more desperate to unload
I will have to agree. Getting second hand tickets in the past was a lot different than I’m noticing this year. There were times that I waited until two days before the fest because I knew I’d be able to snag one for a fraction of the price.
That being said. I would love to take some VIP passes off anyone’s hands who has opted out of this year.

On the off chance somebody needs a VIP ticket, you can currently add them to your cart and purchase at bonnaroo.frontgatetickets.com/?resale=true. Not resale. It's been like that for at least the last hour.

Just wondering, considering tickets haven't shipped yet, how are people selling reselling them?
I’m actually really struggling with that this year, because of a bunch of unexpected crap I’m gonna have to sell my ticket to bonnaroo this year and I’ve tried to go through the official site but it’s not very clear how things work there. So I’m thinking I’ll just have to wait till I get my wristband and overnight them once the buyer pays but I hate having to wait that long cause I’m already depressed about not being able to go I just want the entire ordeal done with
We won a pair of tickets through a radio, and I won a ticket at the 2019 fest. We just need one more so our whole crew can go, and one of our newbs keeps eyeing up the full price ones on the marketplace - I keep telling him to hold his pee a little while longer and he'll get it wayyy cheaper.
And speaking of after market tickets, there are about 847 anti-vaxxers chewing Bonnaroo FB and IG a new one. They will be more than willing to sell you their tickets. I'd offer them $100 a ticket and some ivermectin. Shits the bomb, I hear.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
