Sounds like Tame will be back, according to their mgmt.
I know their management made that post but I doubt they know for sure Tame will be back so soon after this cancellation. As already noted, they’ll be in Spain during the second weekend of June which is when I assume Bonnaroo will be. They’re probably out unless Bonnaroo is scheduled for the third weekend in June instead.

Idk but I've been told by a couple people on here that Roo will be either a week earlier or later next year due to the CMT Fest being during the normal dates.

Tame plays both weekends at Prima so even if Bonnaroo is a week early, same problem.
Also, they've held Bonnaroo the same weekend as CMT plenty of times in the past, doubt it matters to them

Yeah I definitely could be wrong, just saying what a couple posters said a while back. They said they're moving it because of it being difficult sharing resources with CMT Fest at the same time.
Just me personally, I don't see Spinning Top making that comment if they didn't think Tame was in for it. They don't usually comment stuff like that at all from what I've seen since following them. Cause someone also commented "can we get a Pond set too?" and they replied "now we're talking!" It'd be strange to converse like that if Tame is out. I know Bonnaroo was Tame's main priority of this tour based on what they and Kevin have said on a few occasions. Again, could be wrong, I just think as of now they'll be on the lineup, June 16-19 (didn't realize they were first weekend Prima as well).
Maybe it's my wishful thinking to make this situation sting a little less. We shall see.

I've read that they have permanently moved off of CMT weekend at this point. The costs and availability of resources was just becoming a problem.
If its 3rd weekend of June then theyll have Firefly going against them the same weekend. Which would make Rage an option but its a matter of AEG willing to share.

if the second weekend is out because of CMT, then it'll be the third weekend, first weekend of june is usually Gov Ball and LiveNation won't compete it's own fests against each other

Lol AEG doesn’t control where and when Rage plays. WME is their agency.

BottleRock and Made In America were the same dates as Bonnaroo this year and so does Governor’s Ball and Ohana. Live Nation owns a lot of festivals, they’re gonna conflict. I don’t think Gov Ball dates would prevent Roo changing dates and if it was an issue for some reason, they’d probably change Gov Ball’s dates too since Roo is a higher priority event.

I don't think this year should be held up as an example of how things are going to fall out schedule-wise, typically. Everybody was trying to cram their festivals into literally two months in what was supposed to be a better part of the year, pandemic-wise, so there was bound to be a ton of overlap, even intra-promoter. I don't think we'll see that again if some semblance of a normal cadence returns in the future.
