what rules / roles you guys currently playing with?
Same rules as usual but with an added role of Oracle which is kind of like a mini inspector who guesses every night but the role they guessed only gets revealed when the oracle is killed and it's only the most recent name

Feel like people who haven't played in awhile (attn ZIG) should be told about the speed at which we are playing. The only 36 hour D1R1 is a thing of the past.

ZIG the games recently run a bit faster than before, is that good for you? I believe there was an issue awhile back but I could be wrong so that's why I'm asking. We can slow them down some if need be.

Basically, a townie who submits a name to the ref, and upon their death, the role of the person they named is revealed. So if the oracle is whacked, you'd know they were oracle because we'd find out the role of another player after the whack.

Rule change proposal for oracle - taking a deadline off the submission. Oracle needs to submit a name to the ref before they are exiled/whacked, and can change it at any time. Only the name given right before their exile/whack is revealed.

But I like the idea that the Oracle can bait/trick mafia by saying they’ve solidified their name submission for that day and don’t plan to switch it, when really they do switch it

I'm gonna go ahead an start it so I can not have to worry about it before bed. Gonna be like the last couple of games where I won't be able to give a post count during round 1 so you'll be on your own for awhile.
