For round 51 during the last infinity I came *this* close to taking Burzum because of the infamy and the fact that he'd never played live before but uh, Varg is definitely a Nazi

There are too many cases where it's borderline to have a off limits list, and the burden is usually on the drafter to do the homework anyway. There are two major bands I'm expecting to get drafted who I personally wouldn't touch, but there are arguments to be made that they aren't toxic enough to go on a list like that. Same with like Phil Anselmo or even Melvins.
