When did SHM even get back together? Didn't they have those huge farewell shows a long time ago?
They made an announcement a couple months ago. Now there is going to be a proper studio album and such, but its nothing to get excited over. They just announced a collab with Ikea so this is just another money grab for some not that great edm.
I've heard great things about Riverworks. I still haven't made it 'cause kids but people I know without them really seem to enjoy it.
I’m not sure how I haven’t made it out there yet. They have a handful of shows I’d be interested in every year and the venue looks great. The whole “we don’t have workers because of lazy unemployed people and government handouts” sign they had on their door that went viral doesn’t help getting me there. They also had an almost $1 mil PPP/PPS loan.
1/17 Spafford 2/7 Greensky Bluegrass 3/17 Cool Cool Cool 3/28 Ekoostik Hookah 7/10 Jason Mraz 7/11 Chris Stapleton 7/12 Red Hot Chili Peppers 7/13 Buffalo Ska Fest
Past Green Lung and Stinking Lizaveta, there’s nothing I’d get excited about. I’ve seen most the rest of the bands like a million times and don’t really feel the need to see them again. It’s a great lineup if you’ve never seen but I’m skipping for sure.
Amon Amarth/Cannibal Corpse/Obituary/Frozen Soul 5.25 Bloodbath 6.1 Power Trip 6.6 No Values (maybe) Power Trip 6.9 Death To All 6.27 & 6.28 Slipknot 9.14 Autopsy/Repulsion 9.21 Iron Maiden 10.4 Aftershock 10.10 California Deathfest Testament/Kreator/Posessed 10.26 King Gizzard 11.3
I’ll make a thread once it’s all announced but just giving the heads up in case anyone wants to split a hotel with Dave Maynar and me.
No shaming for this one but I find it weird that Blonde Redhead tops billing when the entire line up is vastly different.
And since they are keeping the same format, it's going to be worse than Levitation when it comes to conflicts. There's no chance of easily going to from Empire/Mohawk to Hotel Vegas.

Heart some Poison the Well. We saw them open for Shadows Fall back in 2005. I didn’t know they were even still around. Their drummer, if it’s the same guy, masterfully kicked it on those double-bass drums.
Somebody sent this to me today. Nonponint was good last time I saw them, but I wouldn't go to this if someone paid me to attend and drove me to Gulfport in a limo.
Such a nice looking poster, and a damn solid lineup to boot
ive always considered this, might consider doing a day pass if jbrekkie, dry cleaning and alex cameron fall on the same day. VT is beautiful too and only a few hours away
