There's usually some good breathing room in the back of the pits. More so at What it seems.

Late to this, but this is where the wife and I will be:
Thu: Briston Maroney > Sweet Crude > Joy Oladokun > Opry > Larkin Poe > Devon G > Liz C > Andy F > Big Something
Fri: Mdou Moctar > Marcus King Band > Turkuaz > Orville Peck > Glass Animals > Grace Potter > Meg on the way to VIP for quick dinner > Khruangbin > Foo > RTJ
Sat: Kingfish > Remi Wolf > Early James > Jon Batiste (maybe) > Phoebe > Pinegrove > Isbell on the way to Tame > break > Lizzo > Jacket
Sun: Bill Frissel > Makaya > Jamila > Brittany Howard > Leon Bridges > Caamp > Rufus > Tyler

A little late to this, but there's room at the back of Which pit too. They stopped letting folks in for Brockhampton in 2019 but we were still able to find some solid space in the back (friend of mine was exhausted and didn't want to mosh.)
Sunday: ??? > Flo Milli > Jamila Woods > Brittany Howard > Julien Baker > Lil Baby > Tyler
I like Tate decently enough myself, but looking at some of the other stuff you dig/are planning to go to, I def suggest checking out Remi Wolf too if you can (they do overlap though).
Bolded are the things I'm also planning to be at Regardless of whether Kim P is the "official queer dance party," I trust it is gonna be one nonetheless...

First update in the OP.
According to Inforoo, you should do this at Bonnaroo 2021:
Thursday: Briston Maroney > Sweet Crude > Grand Ole Opry > 1st Half Larkin Poe > Devon Gilfillian > Liz Cooper > Andy Frasco > Big Something > 99 Neighbors > Too Many Zooz
Friday: Get to Brunch at 10 AM > Mdou Moctar > first half of The Weather Station > Turkuaz Remain in Light (Inforoo pit) > Orville Peck > Glass Animals > Kim Petras > Meg thee Stallion > Mastodon > Foo Fighters (potential beer tent meet up) > Primus > last 30 of Run the Jewels > Young Thug > see what's left in the tank and try to make it to sunrise LP Giobbi
Saturday: "Kingfish" > You should see both Remi Wolf and Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats, hard to tell which one you should see the full set of > 1/2 Yaeji > Phoebe Bridgers > Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit > Tame Impala > Sylvan Esso SJ > Lizzo > My Morning Jacket > if they aren't doing it for you after an hour, head over to Goose
Sunday: Bill Frissel Harmony > Makaya McCraven > Jamila Woods > Brittany Howard > last 30 of Julien Baker > Leon Bridges > end of Young the Giant > Boombox Cartel > Rufus Du Sol > Tyler, the Creator > end of Deadmau5
Bold indicates that a lot of Inforoosters will be at this non-headliner show. Big grouping up potential.
Sunday: ??? > Flo Milli > Jamila Woods > Brittany Howard > Julien Baker > Lil Baby > Tyler

Thanks! Tate McRae was sort of a placeholder primarily because I just want to hear "You" tbh, but it seems like lots of people have suggested Remi Wolf so I think that might be the move instead.
And yes, I'd love to meet you and others at one of these shows! The queer dance party at Kim might be my most anticipated set.

I'm probably trying not to be in tight crowds with people for longs stretches of time, so doubt I'll be pitting for anything. But if I were to pit for any act, it would probably be MMJ
Same. If I were going to try pit for a show, it’d be MMJ. By Saturday night I will have either hit my limit of being around crowds and hang back or have finally just given in. Only time will tell.

Posted this in the main thread a couple days ago.
Thurs: Line dancing > explore > live karaoke > Dirty Circus > Lil Smokies maybe > Liz Cooper > Frasco > Big Something/Surprise headliner? > 99 Neighbors > Too Many Zooz Fri: Mdou > Resistance Revival > Waxahatchee > Orville Peck > Omar Apollo > Glass Animals > Kim Petras > Meg > Mastodon > some Foo > Primus > RTJ > ? Sat: Remi > Acid > Early James > Jon Batiste > Phoebe > Pinegrove > J.I.D. > Superjam > Lizzo (prob only a couple songs then try for the MMJ pit) > MMJ Sun: Flo Milli > Brittany Howard > Oliver Tree > YTG > Flogging Molly > Tyler > Deadmau5 > LINE DANCING ROUND 2 BIZNATCH > Surprise headliner
remembering how good Jamila Woods is, probably gonna prioritize her over Flo Milli
Her last album was in heavy rotation when it came out 2019 but I need to freshen back up on Legacy!Legacy! before Roo. Super hyped for the show never got to catch her on tour yet.
