Same. I had previously gotten my gr00p camping from FGT. But I got $512.07 back from Bonnaroo. No idea how or why this is unless I still had 2020 in there. I'll take the money, but it's been so fucking long since I've had some of these tickets (will be 26-28 months by the time I see a couple of those shows), I know I'm going to forget about some of the mobile ones. :/
Still waiting on my refund at this point. Any advice other than taking it up with my credit card company?

I've emailed them twice already. Their only response is sending a copy of the press release that went out stating the festival was cancelled and we should have refunds within 30 days.

I'd start hitting up their socials. Also Bonnaroo. It's more than 30 days past the event cancelation and you're the only person that I've heard of not being refunded yet. It looks like they're out of Austin, TX. You could hit up their Better Business Bureau if you aren't getting any movement.
