Bought through Frontgate - two separate purchases. Originally had put in for a return on one of the tickets when they opened the window last minute, but haven't seen a refund for either yet.

ordered through FGT, got my refund yesterday along with all the 2022 wristbands they were going to give to the 2021 volunteers. also got a copy of the 2022 lineup but it's just drake over and over for many pages.
"All tickets purchased through Front Gate Tickets will be refunded in as little as 30 days to the original method of payment."
Emphasis mine. So don't expect it any earlier than the 30th, I guess.
I bought $800+ worth of pearl jam tickets in December 2019 that havent been refunded because shows are "postponed." And $300 of RATM tickets that I probably won't use because the postponed date was 2+ years later (and on a Wednesday), I could only request a refund within 30 days of the reschedule announcement, and moved out of state 3 months later. Resale isn't available because the tickets are tied to my CC.
So, I can wait 30 days for my Bonnaroo money. What's another interest free micro loan on the balance sheet.

I would imagine the reason for the "at least 30 days" language is that two days before the festival, Roo was certainly cash poor. Lots of money already spent.
Refund speed likely depends on how quickly Bonnaroo's insurance policies pay out.
God forbid they (LiveNation/Frontgate/whoever runs Bonnaroo) update us via ~social media~ to expect refunds with some specificity beyond "30 days after Labor Day". Radiate positivity!
