Why do you think that Pablo mentioned me? To me it seems like he's a good inspector candidate and Rooloo was the crumb. Wouldn't be surprised if he guessed me based on my moving my vote off Rooloo before the final round.
It does seem a bit on the nose for Pablo to vote for Rooloo, his prospective given name, at the beginning of the 3 way over John and Dan. And more than a crumb, it seems like a slice or a chunk of bread.
If mafia was misdirecting, and Rooloo and I are supposed to be the targets that means the inspector can hide a bit more.

On one hand I do think you could’ve been collateral damage with the Pablo whack. If Pablo was inspector with Rooloo’s name you easily could’ve switched off of him unknowingly. You did say you had *reasons* at the time (which would be nice to hear.). But also Pablo could’ve had your name and when you “saved” Rooloo he could’ve seen that as an opportunity to leave a crumb.
Just running through scenarios in my head really. I don’t necessarily believe Pablo was inspector or what I laid out is true, though I do lean one way on that though. Just laying out my thinking right now.
I mentioned the revotes as one of the reasons. It went from having 2 people in the runoff with revotes to 1, so I wanted to maximize information. There was another reason and I've scoured the thread to see if I can remember it, and I can't. I'm feeling my age right now.
I also sort of play these situations as a "variable change" scenario when I have nothing else to go on. This sort of goes against something that always annoys me - when people play a team game acting only in their interests (not helpful to a townie) but I've thus far avoided disclosing it. Basically, if I find myself in a situation on D1 where we are making the final runoff, and I have no thoughts either way toward who is mafia, I switch my vote sort of trying to take advantage of odds. It's different than the billy goat/car example because there's nobody letting me know what is behind one of the three doors. It's rudimentary, and I'm sure those who are better with math would tell me it's stupid, but it's something that I have done before.

I just spent some time reading over everything and I genuinely feel like the focus should be shifted over a little to some other folks. I’m not convinced potent is town quiet yet but rooloo seems genuine. Cum > KPO

I also find the non-stacks by Rummy and Cum interesting. Rummy could have stacked on Rooloo or Cum, chose to throw a vote on KPO instead. Cum could have voted for Rooloo, Rummy, or KPO, voted for Maddog instead.
Circling back to this. Pablo was the only person with overlap in both. It certainly would have been easier to leave him alive and frame him, which again makes me think he was inspector. It's odd, though, because Pablo ended up voting *with* Rooloo at the end of D1R1. I guess he could have thought perhaps Rooloo was distancing, or trying to keep himself under the radar - but that makes his later callout of Rooloo and me even more weird.
As far as those with no votes, I know I'm town, so it means we had 2 mafia at least with votes, and JTR is the only possible mafia who didn't get a vote. From your perspective, you could say it was me and JTR, so it makes sense for both of us to move forward.
It also means it's likely that one of Cum/Rummy/Tranter is mafia, at least going by the numbers.

Am genuinely curious how often it has been useful in more recent games to use the "last 4 voters in d1r1" metric to find Maf...I feel like it used to be somewhat useful but since we've started listing out/analyzing it, is it at all anymore? (Not saying I firmly think Yes or No--am just pondering aloud and maybe curious what others think too)

Yes, just the 1.33 mafia in any group of 4 theory, last four voters being a not random group of four. I feel like, even though we look at it, it's still been pretty helpful. This is just my memory though, I don't have any data to back it up. And obviously, just because a group of 4 has 1.33 mafia in it odds-wise, doesn't mean that it has a mafia in it in actuality.
While it's weird that Tranter doesn't remember that Dan is exiled, it makes me think he's town.

I know I've done it before lol, am pretty sure it was re: you, actually. I was like "well Potent hasn't added much," and folks said "uhhhh yeah. he dead."
Am quite sure I was town. But I could also see Tranter reenacting that mistake to seem townish when he's not. It changes little for me right now.

Not the cleanest of revotes but I’m not as sus of kpo as some of you seem to be, so , eh
sort of the issue w 4 person v 3 with 9 left, but he gets a clean choice between 3 and then we shake it up to finalize the 3 that move forward, still a deece amount to pull through
