How long are we gonna wait for Rummy 500 this draft?

looking at the OP right now and am curious how we're going about determining whether someone has snagged more than 3 HLers for their fest... I know it says picks can be contested at any point in time, but is there any baseline parameters we are going to try to use for this? since some of these fests are certainly smaller/more niche than others, how does that play into the determination of what's a HL vs. sub?

My original thought was if they headline in Europe (so for instance if someone picks Biffy Clyro) they have to headline in that continent but not elsewhere. So LCD for instance would headline in the States, but be in the undercard elsewhere. We can ultimately challenge picks too. I do think I am going to write in a rule to where we have to declare headliners when drafted.

Yes, they would be considered a headliner anything stateside for this game.
