To oatmeal, I pour some syrup out for you my friend. My grandmother made you the best and you help lower my cholesterol. Made from scratch with milk, fruit, brown sugar and a cinnamon stick you were a warm, tasty treat. You will be missed.

I like all of the things in this list, so my voting method is to put each thing against the others and decide which I would order for breakfast. I’d order anything else before cereal, so my vote goes to cereal.

I love yogurt. I eat it multiple times a week. Stonyfield whole milk vanilla mainly, but I’ll also do the Chobani greek yogurt flips. The key lime, mint chocolate chip, and strawberry cheesecake are all delightful.

yogurt is fine, but as far as breakfast options go, it's bottom of the barrel. like at best it's a breakfast side, because a cup of yogurt isn't going to fill you up.
now if the yogurt is part of a smoothie, i think it goes a little farther.
think the next three out need to be yogurt/muffin/cereal in some order.

I once got food poisoning from eating a runny egg at a Waffle House in Florida. Thankfully it wasn't as bad compared to my then gf who ended up in the hospital for three days.

My wife makes a smoothie for breakfast most mornings. It's not my preference, but it seems to work for her.
