really disappointed in my hot sauces options now that I'm not living in Arizona. plus they charge an arm and leg for some mid-tier shiz like cholula around here.

oh, the onlyyy ketchup i ever have in my fridge anymore is sriracha ketchup. very good on fries/hashies/tots
(sriracha by itself is very worthy, of course, but i appreciate that spicy ketchup exists now because it balances out the sweetness)

I usually mix some tarragon in my ketchup and it works wonders. My family has no idea but its the only way I can do straight ketchup. Sadly, they complain about how different it tastes everywhere else.

have you done paprika in ketchup before? curry powder also v good.
and yeah this sriracha ketchup is pretty readily available in most grocery stores now i've found--and not overly priced ($2/2.50 i think)
