Idk if it's because his music has changed or if my tastes have changed (which they have, so that's probably it), but this Jack White album is legit hilarious to me. It's not bad but his singing sounds exceptionally silly. Production is clean though. Perhaps maybe too clean? Like sections are heavy but have no grit.

I couldn't even get through the singles. Feel like he really fell off after Blunderbuss, minus a few songs on Lazaretto. None of it really compares to the White Stripes though, imo.

I like this Jack White album better than anything since Blunderbuss. Its just 40 min of rock songs (minus a random q-tip appearance). It actually rocks.

billy woods brought the heat on his new album. Lots of good rap albums this year with him, Denzel, Benny, & Conway (personally wasn’t huge on the Earl though).
Also thought the Wet Leg was underwhelming. Angelica, Chaise Longue, Wet Dream, & Ur Mum are some exciting tracks, but the rest fell flat apart from some moments on Convincing & Supermarket. They need to keep leaning into that quirkiness more.
