Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
As an old white guy, I just get a kick out hating on stuff old white guys usually love like republicans, country music and UFC. Turrible comedy is intentional in some instances. Sorry to disrupt morning church service!
Kendrick - Tame - Odesza - Paramore would sell really well for this festival. I think a lot of us who go to lots of different festivals and shows would be disappointed by it because that top 3 is very saturated with how much they tour/hit fests. But to people who just do Bonnaroo that’s a strong group. Kendrick never got around to Roo on the DAMN cycle. Tame was on two lineups that sold out but got cancelled, and people have even wanting more since that 2016 set that didn’t go as long as it was supposed to. Odesza moves tickets even if I don’t understand why and they played in 2019. Paramore is a hometown act having a resurgence in popularity. Probably gets 60k+ ticket sales with an average undercard.
and it would be a fresh kendrick set. 2012 was section 80 songs, 2013 was the gkmc set, and 2015 was mostly the gkmc set but with some tpab songs at the end. hopefully we get a show with songs spanning his whole career but if we get the mr morale show i’m not complaining

And it'll be really fucking fun to scream "my left stroke just went viral" with ~60k other people

lol I do personally kind of believe infinitypass over Brad here to be honest. But it is completely noteworthy when one of the main guys running Bonnaroo swoops in and has something to say on it.
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round

The Blacker the Berry and i would be amazing adds too. hopefully he does that for festival sets next year
edit: looked like rolling loud was just a shortened version of the tour setlist but we’ll have to see. he may not have the same production on his festival tour next year either considering the sheer number of people involved

What does the other dude that books bonnaroo think about all this? Maybe Brad didn’t book Kendrick and they keep it a surprise. Brad probably books the shit half of every lineup
So if Brad is the Elon fan Republican type, maybe the other guy who books Bonnaroo is like a super progressive Green Party voter who carries crystals and rides his bike everywhere. Since they are so different hilarious things happen, like Brad sets up a meeting to discuss the undercard but when he shows up the other guy was up all night having an Ayahuasca ceremony in the C3 office conference room and Brad gets SO mad.
It's the story of two zany populists on opposite sides of the political spectrum just trying to work together to book the most mid festival they can. "The Two Guys Who Book Bonnaroo" premieres Tuesday at 8pm eastern / 7pm central on ABC.

I hope we get something similar to his Day N Vegas show with some Mr. Morale sprinkled in. That show was explicitly billed as “From Section .80 to DAMN”

I really think Roo needs to rethink its marketing.
Doing 1 clue a week and then going head hunting for leakers just doesn’t seem like the move.
As a buyer it really doesn’t make sense for me to wait for the Roo lineup if I see another festivals I like whose lineup is already out.
For example electric forest. Anyone who is/was waiting for the Roo lineup to drop and decide between the two is screwed at this point. So as a buyer why put myself in that position when I can just secure a ticket to a lineup I know I like.
Roo should not be concerned with leakers because it’s really the only thing keeping people interested at this point. Instead maybe they should worry more about keeping interested and maybe dropping some more clues or the lineup earlier.

honestly i think not sharing a headliner w coachella anymore to be able to drop earlier would be a super smart move for them. I know coachella headliners are massive and sell a lot of tickets but they could def gain a competitive edge by releasing around when forest does

Ya, especially now when a lot of people can only afford 1 festival. Really doesn’t make sense for people to wait and watch other festivals sell out or tier prices to rise.
