Joji's placement feels weird, wish we could get a confirmation from him. Can't think of anyone that was billed 3rd on Sunday not playing 3rd to last on main or closing a stage, and can only recall Sufjan in 2016, and Replacements in 2014 as the only 3s in recent history to not close a stage or play 3rd to last on main.

Agreed. Even though he's billed #3, I'm leaning toward him closing the Outdoor instead of 3rd to last on the Main.

Not saying this is final but a 3 way swap with emotional oranges and Jesse Reyez with Jesse being outdoor.

So who are we moving out of the Yuma then? I know there were suggestions for both Michael Bibi and Satori to be moved out.

I think so, considering Framework books the Yuma and I’m quite positive the emojis are a reference to the Yuma shark.

I think the Sahara will be closed after 11:00. Won’t be surprised if the first half of his set has competition, but having something playing in the Gobi/Mojave, Yuma, and Do Lab is plenty of options against the biggest headliner they’ve had since Beyoncé.

I think it's likelier that the Gobi/Mojave are quiet after 11 than the Sahara, especially because Slander is perfectly billed to be that harder Sunday closer they've done the past couple of festivals. Might not be 11-12 like we have it now, but would expect it to go until at least 11:30, and with Slander in that spot.

Black Coffee close Sahara Bump Big Sean down so he doesn't conflict with SHM (both 2010s party music I feel like there's a decent fan crossover) Baby Keem close the Mojave
not to mention SHM and Black Coffee have more in common lol (which isn't to say they're identical or really even that close)
They will absolutely not have EDM of any kind in the Sahara against SHM. It will be either silent or will have hip/hop. Big Sean or Baby Keem make the most sense in my mind for that slot.

Mikey can we move Wallows out of their night time tent spot? This just sticks out like a sore thumb to me. Could replace with 100 Gecs, Vittar, or Rina Sawayama. They all feel more like nighttime tent slots than Wallows in my opinion.
Also Masago feels like a Mojave act similar to FJK in some ways. Maybe move Wallows to the outdoor, and swap Masago with whoever you move decide to move to the night time slot. That’s my two cents.

My rankings For 11 -12 Blessed Madonna + Honey Dijon in Yuma Jamie xx Sahara Fred again in Gobi Chicano Batman in a tent Kim Petras in a tent
For 10-11 Same as 11-12
For 9-10 Ari Lennox outdoor or Mojave Jamie XX Outdoor My 11-12am options
I like Fatboy Slim but Im not as excited as much as this board is. In this scenario I would see Fatboy but it would be real anti climatic after Doja gets on stage for me. Maybe others love Joji, emotional oranges, Duke Dumont but they don’t ring my bell.
If I just got 1 of those options each hour for 3 hours I’ll be happy but most of all I want that 11-12 to have something great. Trusting Kanye to have a show to please a majority of your audience in 2022 is a risk to leave a bad taste in peoples mouth
