Before y'all get too excited dunking on this, I once saw KC and The Sunshine Band headline a day of this festival, so this is a significant step in a better direction.

The write-up may be too generous, but I'm with you. I've heard people at RB wondering if they'll (promoters) bring 'Kansas' back next year...and that was in 2016. For a mid-size town festival with Riverbend's track record, this is definitely a step in a better direction.
