only bowl game I went to was cotton bowl v Arkansas and I got way to shit housed the night before was just miserable the whole game and then fucking Tyler Wilson outplayed Colin Klein. Eric stonestreet was there though that was cool.

idk I think the conference was sort of strong this year. 3-1 vs the sec, swept pac and big 10. but I still think Alabama and Ohio state are better teams and both should probably be ahead of tcu at this point
Ole Miss potentially in Texas Bowl though… might make the trip if so.
i saw a prediction of us and Texas Tech, i think. maybe andrew would come
That would be rad, let's party.
I'd anticipate yall (Ole Miss, idk anything about Tech) getting a little better bowl than the Texas, though. Maybe Music City? Kinda hoping UK will get the Texas Bowl and I can see them play in town.

yeah, that’s what i’d expect to but i’ve seen talks of us all over the place. people were saying Music City earlier in the week but that seems to have passed, and Gator Bowl vs. ND seems to still be on the table. i’ll be happy with any of these southeast ones!

at what point does winning the games that you’re presented with matter though? yeah, all TCU had to do was win today and it’s not a question, but it’s tough to beat a team twice and they ultimately won every other task that was thrown their way. Bama had 2 tough games all year and lost them both, even if they were on the last play. not to mention strictly on common opponents alone, TCU handled Texas much better than Bama did and Bama only faced Quinn sewers for one quarter.
but yeah, i’m not gonna lie and say TCU is better than Bama, OSU, or Tennessee because i truly don’t know that they are. just think that it’s a bit BS if the committee doesn’t take a long at what they have and reward the teams who have gotten the job done, even if that means losing the extra game you played.
would be so poetic if TCU is left out this year because of conference championship game when the lack of conference championship game kept them out in 2014.
At least we can seem to agree that TCU is not one of the 4 best teams in the country.
This would be a great year for 2 or 12 but a terrible year for 4. UGA stomps the whole year and is rewarded by playing the #2 power rated team in the country in a dome with the second best offensive player in the country prolly back. Doesn’t seem fair.
I thought for a second about switching TCU and OSU before posting last night, but there's no way the committee signs off on a Michigan-OSU rematch in the first round.

Michigan is gonna flat out smoke TCU, and will win by at least 21 points.
Eh I dunno. Purdue was having some success against Michigan with their half-ass version of a Big 12 offense but then kept shooting themselves in the dick. Definitely the team Michigan wants to face but I could see it being a good matchup.
on the subject of TCU getting blown out, like what was said above even Purdue had success. trade 2 of their red zone field goals for TDs and we’re talking about a whole different ball game
the potential is there if we don’t fail on _ and goal from the 1 twice in a row.
