We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

It’s funny the way this is processing in my head. I read the initial list, then make my predictions. Then I read the results and when I get something wrong the first thing that pops into my mind is the rationalization of the victory from the song perspective. Like “ahh man I thought it was x song but now that I know the answer I can see how y is a more motivational song.” Just giving the songs full credit for the fight.

I always think that it would be sick if a certain song came on and it's like ok we're throwing down but in reality every fight I've been in had been in absolute music silence
