My whole opinion on CFA is this... No, I do not spend my money there because I personally do not want to support their beliefs/causes. However, if someone else happens to spend their money on CFA and offers me a spicy chicken sandy, you bet your ass I will enjoy the hell out of it.
But White Castle... I'm not spending my money there because I don't like it, and also if you offered me some belly bombers, hard pass.
Personally think people who go out of their way to justify eating CFA are trying way harder than the people who just avoid it. It's a chicken sandwich, and not even the best on this list, it's hardly virtue signalling to just not eat it.
But people that call it the worst fast food place in a game like this are definitely virtue signaling goofies
If anyone hasn't seen the Founder, with Michael Keaton as Ray Kroc stealing McDonald's from the McDonald brothers, it's really good.
Also, super highly recommend Fast Food Nation. The book, not the movie. Read that in high school and it completely changed the way I ate (until I got to college, at which point I was fucked).
Sorta in the same vein, Super Size Me is a fun one too if you have a morbid curiosity as to what happens to you if you eat only McDonald's for a whole month.

In and Out political spending is wild, Beto got a pity $350 (Is this why in and out is in Texas??), but Trump got a cool 7k, seems like they gave money to everyone but Kamala.
they gave the most to republican senatorial committee (10x the amount as chick fil a) which might be the most evil group of people in the world.

Beto did not get chick fil a pitty money
It would be really funny if the only reason why In n Out were in Texas was because they wanted to give Beto $350 dollars

How are people supposed to know of my moral superiority if I don't tell them in a virtual fast food competition on a music festival message board?

Arby's has a decent mozzarella stick, the curly fries are good, and the beef n cheddar, while absolutely disgusting, does hold a special place in my heart. It's also always kinda fun to pull up to the drive-thru menu and see what meat they've decided to add barbecue sauce to and put on top of the roast beef. Last time it was brisket. I guess I see a reason to go to Arbys as opposed to Burger King (why go there when you can go to McDonalds?)
I ran in the Krispy Kreme challenge in high school. Had to run 2.5 miles, eat 12 Krispy Kreme donuts, run 2.5 back. You would think it would have soiled them for me, but my god they're just so fucking good when they're fresh.

Does Hardees also feature a disgusting side menu called THE GREEN BURRITO that is full of absolutely inedible "mexican" food? Or is that particular brand of diarrhea exclusive to Carls Jr?

I thought it was Red Burrito here. I've never actually had anything off that menu bc it just feels like a bad idea.

green burrito was really good back when it was its own thing but it's pretty terrible now. There's a place near my house that still had mostly the same menu but they changed the sign to great burrito.
Aside from the homophobia, CFA is super overrated. The spicy chicken sandwich is good but pretty much any other dedicated chicken place's sandwich is as good or better IMO. The fries are too gimmicky with their waffle shape and don't execute where it counts. If I want a drive thru milkshake I'm probably going to Steak n Shake and smashing a Frisco melt while I'm at it. Like what is the best part about CFA? They pay their workers well and it results in decent service I'll give them that. But most places if you're kind to the employees they will be kind back to you. I will just always 100% of the time pick Zaxby's or Popeyes over Chik fil A if I want drive thru chicken
