You were acting mad weird man. The golden rule of mafia always seems to be if you push someone and they get all squirrelly then they’re usually voted off. Or maybe that’s just the standard for me and the girls? Who knows.
I was Town and someone was coming for me based on nothing. I think I acted appropriately and most Townies didn't vote for me so chalk that up to sexism if you want but I can play the game how I want.
no but Cum is very correct re: the bolded part. i wish i could count the number of times people GOT on my ass when i was townie but got sorta defensive when someone pushed directly on me, as i did with you. i try really hard not to do it now, but when i have, it often gets me voted off.
my real issue comes from the fact that people were acting like it was this Novel Act to play a little loose/chaotic for, i mean come on, just a few pages really--to gauge reactions and see what the responses were. jortles and dan does this constantly as town. and people don't seem to mind. so yeah, it really frustrates me that when i do it, it is my being a bad townie and ultimately voted off d3 when i don't think i was being suspicious whatsoever / there were clear reasons it didnt make sense i was mafia like the end of D2R1 i pointed out where clearly no one gave a fuck to expand a runoff with me and browell.
so this "coming for me based on nothing" is just trite because actually it was based off your tone and demeanor d1 then i decided to push on it d2 and you seemed so much sketchier once i did so. even cum, a bystander, thought so. but again, pushing on people with little to go off of! is! part! of! the! game! it continues to baffle me why it was so problematic for me to try doing when so many others do often

Not my fault Town lost. Not your fault Town lost. I personally had every reason to be skeptical and push back on what you were doing. We would have lost whether people believed you or not.
By my count, SFA puts us at 10. I'm going to bed, but if someone signs up overnight I can get it started in the morning.
Anyone have an objection to an accelerated game? Probably 12 hour rounds, discussing weekend closings, lots of extensions and ref discretion.
I'm fine with this. I'd just like to state before roles come out that I might ask for an extension on day time closing. MIGHT. Sometimes I just don't have any chance to read and catch up during the day because I'm not really suppose to have my phone on site.

So for as "bad a townie" as I am, there were some absurd tracks that fellow townies were going down that I refused to because I simply didn't see it. Idk what y'all keep finding so sus in Browell, but the dude read as town to me this game as he did last -- and he was. Otter also wasn't acting odd, and honestly if I'd cared to push myself into high gear and actually do a reread after being sick (but I didn't because until this morning I still felt awful), I think I would've noticed how Potent's incessant push onto Otter was sketchy. Especially since it hinged on this claim that Otter was acting similarly to how he did when mafia, and I didn't see that at all.
Jortles had been on my radar alongside Dan and Pablo early on - two had roles. Now I will admit, there are some players I know well/know their game play well where it isn't too hard to gauge whether I think they're more likely Maf or Inspo if I'm getting a role read, but Dan I've always struggled with this. He comes off sketchy as inspector! More specifically, a tell that sometimes (I'd say more than 50%) of the time he starts to demonstrate as maf, he also did this game as inspo. My b that I pushed briefly on our inspector, and I of course wish I'd pushed harder on Jortles after D2 but again, I was pretty out of commission and then got in this godforsaken useless back and forth with Pablo that I don't really care to pick apart
