While waiting for people to check in, a few custom rules:
- only mafia and inspector will be getting notified of their roles. Townies can assume the game has started when you are tagged in the thread. - We'll have two types of deadlines - soft and hard he he he. Soft deadlines will be the more common of the two, and will often be 12 hours to start, but the round will be extended by a vote switch in the hour before the deadline automatically, will be extended by a request in the thread automatically, and I will use discretion to extend the round if I think necessary (i.e. if it's been the 12 hours but it's clear someone hasn't checked in yet - you won't miss a vote for a soft deadline, unless you are posting all over the board, liking shit, or the most egregious sin, posting in the thread without voting). A hard deadline will be declared so as me, and when this is declared, you can assume the round ends at the deadline whether or not I am here to close it at that given time. With a hard deadline, no extensions should be assumed, even with vote changes - I need to declare the extension in the thread.
only fine with accelerated if rounds don’t end midday without enough wArning to ask for extension in advance.
Us 9-5ers can struggle with the like noon o clock deadline thing

Not this game, but what do you guys think of playing a game or two where Inspector can make one mid day guess and mafia can make one mid day wack per game? Think it would be pretty lit myself. Whenever the midday move was made it would remove their ability to guess /whack the following night.

I love this idea but we need to flesh it out more. Maybe in the rules thread, if we can find it buried under all these damn survivor threads?
