Thinking if I say what my prediction is for the final two everyone is just going to vote for those. But seems like everyone universally loves AD despite the rank 5th season and strangely edited 4th season.

Community had one bad season that really isn't even that bad. I included it in my last rewatch and was actually pretty happy with it. Clearly the worst season of the show but you can tell the new showrunners at least tried to be respectful of the show and did their best "Harmon-ize" the show. But even with season 4 being a 2/5, coming from that back into season 5 when Harmon returns is amazing. Like within the first few minutes of season 5 you can just feel his presence on the show. Season 6 i also love, shout out again to Paget Brewster who just waltzed into a beloved sitcom in it's sixth and final season on Yahoo TV and absolutely crushes it. No disrespect intended to Elroy who is also fantastic but Frankie is hilarious immediately.
As opposed to The Office which had a handful of community season 4s post-michael scott. again i think people are too harsh on them, but they definitely aren't as great as the seasons that came before them.
Finally the arrested development seasons 4 and 5 are really just bad. a few good moments in season 4.
as amazing as the first three seasons of arrested development are, if we are now going by overall quality across the breadth of the series run, i think it's time for arrested development to go.
EDIT: but if things stay this tight i'll shift my vote to the office to push community one more round.
I've said it for the last three rounds but it's time for The Office to bow out. It was great for half its run. Mediocre to bad for the other half. It was more popular than good, due to its relatability as an office-set workplace comedy. It hasn't aged super well, with Steve Carell himself saying it wouldn't be possible to do in today's comedy climate.
It was a true classic but should have been axed back when we were voting off other flawed classics like Friends and Fresh Prince.

I'm on 30 Rock, but I expect it to win this. I've always found it to be pretentious and smug. It's like a band that has elite technical chops but no soul.

imo you are a bit too harsh on the office but you did just get me to switch my vote.
perhaps a too soon eulogy but as the office goes down and we recognize that some of it's humor hasn't aged well, we should also recognize that a lot of it's humor has aged well. the dinner party episode is legendary. anything creed says or does is legendary. daryl reading michael scott's bruce springsteen playlist always slays me. kevin spilling the chili. will ferrell eating the cake.
and holly and michael is one of my favorite will they won't theys.

i love 30 rock but this is a very fair criticism, i don't wholeheartedly agree but i also don't wholeheartedly disagree. it feels very much like a comedy writers' comedy.

i wonder how party down would've faired on this. not as great as many but it was a damn near perfect two season run. just a stupid amount of talent in the cast.

Probably not well due to low exposure. But it was great and you are spot on about the cast.
I wonder how Silicon Valley would have done. First couple of seasons were good IMO. I guess that one guy is problematic. I liked him in the show though.

I'd be willing to bet fewer people have seen Silicon Valley than Letterkenny

Really excited for the new season of party down. Gonna be missing Lizzy Kaplan but all the rest of the original cast is coming back and they were all so good.

I assume you’re referencing TJ Miller. Middleditch apparently is kind of icky too. And Alice Wetterlund (Carla) has implied that the other male cast members (other than Jimmy O. Yang) were less than great to work with, although she was pretty vague about it and it seems like maybe they just didn’t do anything to stop TJ Miller from being awful? I don’t know really. I haven’t heard much bad about them elsewhere. And Martin Starr is like three of my all time favorite characters so I really hope he’s not a dick.

Yes, TJ is who I was referring to. I never read any of the stories, just knew he got kicked off the show for whatever he did. It sucks that people can be horrible to other people.
