Staying in South Beach for the first time this year, any good food/drink/bar recommendations?
Not into bougie shit but dont mind expensive.
Joe's Stone Crab, its been there for almost 110 years. Pro tip: if you're in the mood, order the fried chicken, bc its incredible and cheap, while the stone crab is not.

Seconding the recs for Joe's and Puerto Sagua for food. Big Pink is a casual diner that is great for big breakfast plates, but it will be crowded with tourists.
For bars, Bodega on Alton and 16th has a speakeasy that's great.
Nah iii points is where it’s at this year. Hula dropped the ball
She's already got her ticket to Hula, just trying to encourage and remind of the magic that lives in the woods at SOSMP. It's unrivaled.
I love III Points. This will be the first year I don't attend, barring I don't end up there briefly on Friday night for Kittin & The Hacker, which is still probable. Hula may have upset people with the schedule, but there isn't a night I've had at III Points.in any year to date. that come close to what to the joy, comradery, and love I've experienced at Hula... Regardless of the lineup, schedule, or anything else... And I've had some amazing nights at III Points, it just doesn't compare.

Oh I’ve gone to every hula but 2 and done other fests at Suwannee but dang that lineup is just not it. Especially for the price. If I’m gonna pay money to go to something I need more than vibes at this point in my life. IMO iii points has more enjoyable acts in one day than Hula has all 4 combined

I wouldn't reduce the full Hula experience to just "vibes," but ok. I am fine with the lineup, taste is relative anyway. I actually prefer this year's lineup to last. The thing that upsets me the most is how they've handled the RKS situation. Losing them without a proper replacement hurts... As does MJC. It definitely feels like "dropping the ball" as you put it.
Everyone who is upset with Hula with how they've handled things so far this year has valid reasons to be upset... Still gonna be the best week of the year like always.
