I’m honestly quite confused why I’m in this because aside from making a poor read call D1, to which I’ve admitted and apologized multiple times, I really don’t see how I’m acting different from how I typically do as town. With 1-2 mafia left, it bothers me that it's this quiet after the runoff was set and it's making me rethink my vote.
what are your thoughts on JTR? I’m surprised he isn’t in this right now. I would’ve gone him over you if he’d had a vote on him when I placed mine , but cum had switched already
you two could make it a Rummy JTR runoff and I would consider switching if the right arguments were made.

to the latter point, i already touched on this--i was "reaching" in my probing of both of you. it helps me gauge reactions and isn't really an uncommon tactic to use when town and thus working with very little info (yes we got an inspo reveal but we know we only got the one name and nothing further to work with, the rest is on Town to figure out). im sorry if you find it bothersome but it has worked pretty well in prior games for the most part though of course there are times when it doesn't, just like any town-employed tactic: none will work well 100% of the time.

at this point, methinks so, jacob. reasons to go JTR have been pointed out by multiple people so i won't reiterate them but i am not sure this piece has been brought up: i think it is interesting how JTR brought attention to/asked about the notion of a potential maf Potent voting out the gate for his maf teammate LD, saying like "but don't mafia avoid doing this?"
i feel like mafia have done that enough times in games that he has reffed that... it just struck me as a strange question, one that it seems he should already know the answer to. so it made me wonder, was he asking it to put potent in a good light? idk.

yep. also i brought up a pretty valid concern with Potent's sorta reactionary response to my naming some suspicions around him--that last time he did that to me, with almost exact same tone, he was maf tricking me into not voting for him. so of course it raises my eyebrows now.

Based on this, you would have to think there's at least one mafia on Teddy. It would be wild if there were 5 votes on him and none were mafia. Now that there are four alive, the math tells us it's likely that there's at least 1 in there. I tend to think rooloo was town based on LD's interactions with him and the fact that rooloo or jortles had to go after Teddy revealed. This aligns with Maddog's comment about Teddy voters as well. I think it makes sense to look there.

Usually you can read me well so I'm trying to figure out where you are coming from" from pg 12 rubbed me the wrong way and i'll tell you why. it isn't the fact that posed a question about why im considering him as a potential suspect--thats a fine thing to ask anyone, sure yes. but the last time that i thought he seemed a little sus and raised it, he posted something VERY similar to this with sort of a guilt trippy edge to it of like, "but usually you're good at reading me, so are you really thinking im maf here? dont you know better" and that game i backed off of it...then he ended up BEING MAFIA.
Just now really taking this in, admittedly I have a bad habit of just skimming sometimes, but I don’t have this encyclopedia of mafia knowledge where I know if mafia voted D1 for their partners or not. Tbh I’m still not convinced that’s really much of a thing other than I know LLL is/was known for doing it so I’m when I get in front of a computer shortly I’m going to look.

imo this is the worst runoff we could have. Though Rummy has been weird and off on a couple of her reads, I’m not feeling she’s mafia.

i dont expect you to have a logged encyclopedia of media knowledge just from reffing frequently, but this hasn't just happened in one or two games - one maf member voting another in d1 out the gate has happened more than a couple times.

I am going to vote based on effort. I like Rummy’s responses and how active she’s been.
I think if we are gonna do this blindly, we should vote out the weakest link.

I know it happens and has happened I just don’t think it’s really that common, like I think it probably happens less often than it would randomly. And LD voted Potent out of the gate but he seemed hell bent on voting retaliation when someone votes for him i.e. when I voted for him he voted for me.
We’re really getting far down this initial vote rabbit hole and to be honest I’m probably not going to use it as a talking point one way or the other. It was just what I was thinking at the time.
As far as everyone else I really don’t have a strong feel one way or another. Potent feels quiet. Jortles is also quiet but I don’t think that’s an indication of his role one way or the other, he’s been quiet mafia before and ramped up his participation later. Which seems like a theme with him. Theo seems to be acting like he always does. Idk about Cum, nothing is sticking out to me one way or the other.
