Feel awful for those that spent money again this year, looks like it's same shit, different year. 3-4 hour waits to take the MANDATORY shuttles (they will turn away walkers even if they braved the 5 mile walk), VIP has a whopping total of 7 tables for the ~800 that purchased tickets, security is letting anything and everything through again. They teased a "mystery" band for Thursday that they said was playing as late as Wednesday evening, only for the crowd to have an empty stage for an hour or more. Vendors are already complaining about low support, and trash is an issue day 1. So happy I didn't go, but damn I hate that festival goers get duped like this.
i mean, this was very publicly a shitshow last year, if you got duped again shame on you

Oh, I agree. I've been very vocally against them since last year. Still a shame because I know there's some naive people that just love that music

Even better lineup this year (headliners still suck), maybe they figured out the logistics since it's in the same venue instead of moving around again? I have some friends going so I'd at least not have to make the road trip by myself. It's still tempting.

So it seems the top two tiers are the main stages and the bottom two tiers are the side stages.. Which the main stage lineups are pretty rough imo, (despite some sweetness peppered in like Knocked Loose, Megadeth, Lamb of God, etc.) but those bottom two tiers.. That's gold, Jerry. And only $90 for single day tickets.. Might have to go Friday or Sunday.
03/14 - Thievery Corporation 04/25 - Black Country, New Road 05/04 - In Flames, Gatecreeper 05/10 - Modern Life is War 05/21 - Spite, Bodysnatcher, Thrown 05/29 - Knocked Loose, Loathe, Show me the Body, Speed 06/02 - Bush 06/22 - George Thorogood 06/23 - Dillinger Escape Plan, Deadguy, Candy, Carbomb
Mix of absolute shit acts and great acts as well. I'm not anywhere near there, but there's a lot of acts I'd want to see. No chance anywhere I'm seeing Danzig, Five Finger Death Punch, Three Days Grace, Finger 11, Staind, Shinedown, Vanilla Ice, Soulja Boy, Scott Stapp, Papa Roach or whatever. But Three 6, Polyphia, Rammstein, Cypress Hill, Black Label Society, LOG, Limpy, Coal Chamber, Suicidal, Death Angel, Biohazard, 2Chainz, Project Pat, Tech N9ne - I'd be at most of those shows individually.
