Really just depends on how you're measuring. They are one of my favorite live bands but I just don't think of "90s greatness" when I listen to them, the way I do when I listen to pretty much all these others.

Aenima is better than any other album from this group. Undertow is also great.

I listen to it from time to time but I don’t think overall it is. Probably Top 5 or 6.
