My family doesn't do lasagna on holidays, but I definitely make lasagna-ish meals every other month or so. I do the kind with zucchini, sometimes eggplant too, instead of noodles. Since I am one person, it's lunch all week!

I invited some fam and friends over tonight to eat the first lasagna and word got out, so I had to make another. This time I did a bolognese sauce and pesto ricotta. Having more people over than I had for Easter, so I guess it is sort of a holiday now.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
