Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

I would even go as far as say Halloween actually skews to be a negative experience in my book. I'm a curmudgeon and don't really like kids, so opening my door and exclaiming about how cute they are(n't) is a poor way to spend an evening.

I feel like I should feel like this because I don’t like people and I especially don’t like them when they show up unannounced at my door. It also is very annoying for the Omar. But I enjoy getting trick-or-treaters (I do generally prefer kids to grown folks, so maybe that’s why). I also like carving pumpkins and decorating the house, so I have a positive feeling in general about Halloween. It is still third for me out of these three though because I’m very food motivated.

All makes sense! I 1000000% prefer adults to children, I don't care about fall activities like carving pumpkins, and Christmas is the only holiday/season I decorate for. So there really isn't anything for me on Halloween. I am a spirited person and like to dress up for things, but it has been years since I have put any effort into a costume.

The beautiful thing about Halloween is that if you don't want trick or treaters you just turn off your porch light.
I live in an area with a ton of trick or treaters. We go through like 600 pieces each year. It's like being in an 80's movie.
