Am I too early? Lol
My husband and I bought GA+ presale and holy shit. It's $1149 for TWO TICKETS & CAMPING. At least we have a payment plan... hopefully the lineup is incredible. Because good lord I almost fainted seeing that invoice.
For that price I'm expecting the likes of Arcade Fire, Flume, Odesza, and Alison Wonderland. They all have new albums this month and can fit headliner bill on their standards.
This may be the first fest that I can see GA+ being worth it. Being guaranteed a spot in what used to be Yellow Camping is a huge benefit. We have been lucky enough to camp there the past 3 years, and it truly is a cut above every other spot. You are only 10 min away from the action, and assuming you are closer to the back of Yellow the late night music from Jungle 51 isn’t too loud that you can’t sleep.
That said, we are considering Coachella next year so 2023 may be the first year I don’t attend Okee.
I love Okee but it’s quickly becoming one of the most expensive festivals I attend. Thinking of either cutting down and doing GA+ this next year or trying out a new one around March.

Yep. I was in yellow the years 2-4 and last year I was "green," but it was on the outskirts near a canal/ditch. Boy did it make a difference. We were hurting and wet by the time we got back to camp.
To think I was by the entrance the first year next to the gate fence... 6 years does a lot to your knees and hips. Don't get old lol.
Coachella has always been my dream fest and I wish I could go if I weren't on the opposite coast of the US
Can Kid Cudi / Denzel Curry still be an option even though they have a show in Miami on 9/4? Kid Cudi is my unicorn but idk if will play dude to radius clause / Rolling Loud Miami's garbage humans.
Same with Deadmau5 and his shows in FL Labor Day weekend. Not sure how radius clause works with certain states

GA+ was $1149 for 2 tix. I sure hope it's worth the price hike. It has been worth it every year so hopefully it keeps improving. I love it and rave about it to everyone clearly lol. I think I paid $250 for myself my first year. That's over a 220% increase if I did my math right

radius clause is flexible. If they really want an act, they’ll go after them. Tool had a Nashville date and Roo still booked them in 2020.

I did VIP this past year and it didn't feel worth it. Loved being so close to the Jungle tho.

I very much enjoyed my time at Okee this year and would love an excuse to go back if the lineup is decent enough. I live much closer now too than I did so it'll be easier to swing as well.
IG post per Okee tickets on sale Thursday. They have an Odesza song playing in the video / they tagged them. So safe to say Odesza one of the headliners.
Yup, odesza retweeting them too. Exciting news and I can't wait to see how the rest of the lineup turns out. Tickets on sale Thursday so I'd assume lineup coming Wednesday?
I’m hoping Tuesday lineup but def has to be tomorrow or Wednesday. Hoping for maybe a Arctic Monkeys , YYY, AF , Gizz , Khru, Goose or MMJ.
Sure it’s gonna be mostly edm and hip hop haha
Knowing insomniac yeah its probably gonna be mostly edm. I hope they stay true to the early days but at this point they have a preferred target audience. I could def picture them booking Arctic Monkeys though

The classic Okee one big indie band then hella edm plus some rando things. Def excited for lineup season to pop off. Okee is always tempting because it’s like a week/week and a half after my bday

Sun Sentinel dropped their article early. Someone with a subscription could probably get more names but here's what I could see before paywall popped up/on twitter:
ODESZA Baby Keem GRIZ Earth, Wind, and Fire Goose Turnstile
