#20: Tame Impala (Let It Happen) #19: M83 (We Own The Sky) #18: My Morning Jacket (Dondante) #17: Beastie Boys (Sure Shot) #16: Metallica (Creeping Death)
The ordering of Bowie, Pink Floyd, and Led Zeppelin favorite songs is really not what I expected at all. I always thought I was a pretty big fan of all these guys, but now I feel my tastes are basic as fuck.

I feel like with Zep especially, some of the "safe" hits or whatever you want to call them have been ranked too highly. Kashmir and Immigrant Song having already been on a list is crazy to me. They are great songs but not top 5 Zep for me at least. Give me Ocean, Tangerine, Song Remains the Same, Moby Dick, or Over the Hills and Far Away, over those two any day.

If intl players anthem gets even one single vote, this whole survivor series immediately ends and everyone gets banned from inforoo and Bonnaroo gets cancelled and we'll start over fresh in a few months, give everybody time to cool out and get their shit together.

i think it was Jake Jortles who made this point last time i was raving about int'l players anthem, but just one thing that is amazing about the song is how the first verse is all about how andre has found the one woman he wants to be with, a very romantic and sweet verse about true love, and the beat immediately drops into pimp c's verse about just like fuckin'.
i don't know man the whole song just feels like you are flying through the clouds on a luck dragon.
i've mentioned this before, but three6 made that beat for project pat.
“‘Int’l Players Anthem’ was originally called ‘Choose U’ that I did for Project Pat,” begins Paul. “Pimp called me from jail. He was like, ‘When I get out, the first thing I’ma doin’ is I’m comin’ to your house in L.A. and I want you to give me that beat, and I don’t want you doin’ nothin’ different to it, Paul. Keep it the same.'”
“When he got out of prison, he came to our house and rapped over it. I did it and it blew up. I didn’t want to give him a new beat, ’cause I loved that song. What really happened was the Project Pat version, ‘Choose U’ was real big on the radio in like Atlanta and Memphis – only a few places… We were at Loud Records at that time, [they] didn’t really work the record at all,” Paul explained during the segment. “I’m like, ‘Man this record got a lot of potential and they messin’ this record up.” Pimp C, who spent the early 2000s incarcerated for probation violation, heard Pat’s version, and wanted the beat to himself. Like Paul, he felt that the amazing sample from The Mack had not reached its full potential.
three6, UGK, OutKast on one track. southern rap icons all together.
