im with the sassy "ref" re: whats the point of doing these with the same people every time when instead we could let some fresh faces in and mix things up? a few of us get shittier spots, but this is after all a fake draft on a music internet forum.
I'm fine with doing it if I can keep my picks. If you want to make my NIN pick 31 instead of 21, fine.
I'll reiterate that maintaining the OP is much more work with 23 than 20 or 25 and I support Theo not changing the draft at this point.
Adding 5 extra to the order starting at the end of this round and giving them an additional pick (strat that Nathan mentioned) is the only way to do it at this point.
