What kind of drinks fall under sodey-pop? Like coca cola, sprite, ice tea, fanta? But fanta is also sorta lemonade, right? Like here in Belgium, lots of soft drinks are mixed w some fruity taste so.. That's why I wondered. To me they could easily tie, idk.

sodey pop is any soft drink or carbonated soda like a coca cola, regardless of the flavor
so coke, sprite, fanta, etc are included but not iced tea or lemonade

real answer, a true juice does not include fruit pulp and a smoothie does. which begs the question... is pulpy orange juice technically a smoothie?
Pulpy orange juice is delicious and a juice. My grandmother used to make homemade Florida orange juice every fucking morning. It's the best fucking juice.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

I remember Fanta was different in Europe. But I think it would still be considered sodey-pop in this context. Nazi sodey-pop created to replace Coca-Cola during trade embargoes. But sodey-pop nonetheless.

Good question, arguments can be made about manzanita sol. Only pop I'll drink without making a mixed drink

Wdym different, like in flavor?
It was the Italian version. A lot more juice flavor. And not as sickly sweet. Lighter in color too.
Looked it up. In Italy it is 12% juice whereas it is 2.5% in America. Also, they use pure sugar, not corn syrup.

Oh yeah, for sure. Whenever I'm in south France, Spain or Italy or even Greece, some soft drinks taste different. I remember Fanta idd having more flavor then I'm used to. The French one is darker in color iirc, has a little bit more bitterness to it while the Italian one and Spanish ones are a bit sweeter. The acidity is also different.
Coke also tastes different, tho I don't drink it that much.

I nice glass of Dr. Pepper in the morning is the best way to start a day. like while you are still half asleep and bleary eyed pour a little Dr. Pepper and it will set you right.
