I was talking soft drinks since I just voted for them. I love orange juice. I will go to fresh market today when I get to the ‘cola and blend some up. It depends on what good fruits and vegetables they have as to what I’ll make. Juice is elite. Liquor, juice, wine, mixed drinks and coffee are the top of what’s left. Water is boring, I like tea but I don’t drink it often. Same with craft beer and lemonade. I won’t drink cheap styled beers and don’t care about sports drinks.
These conversations remind me of when I worked in a cafe and we had a customer who every time she ordered her coffee she would clarify that she wanted it "Hot, because [she's] an adult".

Smoothies are dope as fuck. But I think since they have crushed up ice, they are a different beverage.
I like smoothies because since they are so cold I have to drink them slower, and then I can savor the goodness much longer and really enjoy it. Blueberry yogurt smoothies are my jam.
Juices I tend to pound down way to fast. I like how they can go down so easily but the goodness is often done in less than a minute. I don't have the patience to sip.

smoothies are bomb and are very different from juice. an apple a banana and some greens results in a large amount of beverage packed with nutrients both micro and macro. for fresh juice you need to take the full output of a small farm's annual harvest to net 3oz of sugar water.
Oh man. I have been at a conference and missed this Survivor. I just want to share that I straight up drink at least a mug of gravy every Thanksgiving. (It has to be my mom's style gravy. Flavorful, most of the fat skimmed, not too thick.) When I studied abroad in college and missed Thanksgiving, my entire family (like 20+ people) all gathered around the giant pot of gravy with ladles and serving spoons for a photo. There was a sign on the gravy that said, "Wish you were here."
Voting for lemonade purely because it gives me killer heartburn. I can't even have a sip. Although if it didn't, I'd keep it around for longer.
