Darjeeling. Orange pekoe, hc, it’s all good but not better than wine. I had some glasses of lower mid grade wine I used to cook with - Estancia I think. Sparkling water, milk and coffee, mixed drinks, a Red Bull. That was today leading up to and after cooking stew.
I’m pretty sure that it’ll be water vs coffee and last chance survivor if the which is your favorite final round has 3. Water and coffee can be great. But you can pretty easily make mixed drinks that are better than water and mixed drinks with coffee that are better than just coffee.

I didn't think about it when tea was being discussed, but homemade cold chai might be one of my all-time favorite tastes.
