Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I think it might be easier honestly. There’s a consistency in prices and I can update the spreadsheet myself. Communicating with 5 people to make sure sheets are updated and people are responding is the hardest part of running it.
Tentatively in. New job is currently kicking my ass but I should have time since this is a more extended timeline.
effort amount is completely up to you. You could just run a two-day, 10 act festival that only needs to sell 15k tix or something. I’d also work with anyones schedule so if you wanted to hop on a call and knock it out, we could.

Your #1 goal this game is ticket sales. I imagine I will provide some sort of strict rubric for determining this. Something like: 30% booked artist ticket sales 20% market demand in that location 20% demographic appeal (probably not getting a bunch of kids to a music festival) 20% cohesiveness (doesn’t make sense to book a bunch of acts that appeal to widely different bases) 10% RNG 100% reason to remember the name
Ticket prices may also have an impact but I’m not sure how to determine that.
