idk why salsa has made it this far. Can't think of anything else I'd put it on as a condiment than a taco. Maybe some nachos?
i don't know what to tell ya bud. salsa is always fresh and delicious and you can put it on all kinds of mexican and tex mex foods, which is the best food genre.
Look at you out here promoting cilantro based dips.
My queso and guac never have cilantro.
I meant salsa and guac.
I just looked up the first nine guac recipes on Google and all of them had cilantro. Whether your version has it or not, you're promoting a cilantro based dip.
You guys must like some really bland shitty food if you are trying to get rid of hot sauce and salsa and keep mayonnaise. All of Louisiana is ashamed of you.

Look man, I can't help it that my tongue says the devil's lettuce is disgusting, so don't be knocking my taste buds.

Why though? Louisiana Creole Cuisine has its roots in many cultures but its largely French, and Mayo is part of French cuisine.

fwiw i had lunch with esteban and Vieux this past weekend. we ordered a ceviche and the sauce was kind of creamy and esteban was like yeah i don't know i think this has mayonnaise in it. he took one bite i think because he ordered but i don't think he had another. and vieux was very specific with the waiter about wanting no cilantro on her taco, then when tacos were received carefully inspected every green bit to make sure it wasn't cilantro, even asking esteban and i if we thought something looked like cilantro. meanwhile i ate everything because i love all kinds of foods.
their hatred for those particular ingredients is true and provable.

delicious lunch! i love eating lunch.
It was a great lunch. That ceviche was delicious and the questionable cilantro pieces were easy enough to avoid eating. Lunch is always great, especially with inforoo friends.

Let's talk about lunch. Going out to lunch is the best activity. Whenever my partner and I decide to go out for breakfast I always stall until after 11 and then I'm like "well maybe we should just get lunch? ¯\_ (ツ) _/¯ "
Then she says "YES ROOLOO, you are just the smartest man, lunch is the best meal of the day!"

To which I reply, "Yes it is. I agree. Let's go!"
And then we go
i like when you have a lunch so big you still aren't hungry come dinner time! it's a great meal and frequently underappreciated.

If there were an alligator criteria I think they might move up a few spots
My girl Alice and I were talking about the wharf where we skate
Alice: I wish this place was a little less great. Me: It isn't that great already (lists all the problems) Alice: Yeah, it could be way better but it's great enough Me: the perfect NOLA motto
I guess it really just describes all of Louisiana.

I had street tacos for lunch. They were loaded with cilantro. I thought of you. So sorry.
I say this as someone that no longer lives there but grew up there. Louisiana May be ranked #49 in everything good and #1 in everything bad, but I still love the people and the food.
