Top sus i think is cinci cum rummy in no particular order. Cinci has kinda been shooting everywhere and is implicated in the MD whack, rummy has played the "whack points to x but they're dead" card two days in a row, and cum just on gut. samp strikes me as just a noob townie who is sus on the people that threw votes on him based on his comments to both jaz and i yesterday. jaz likely town too. Jortles idk.

It's unnecessary though and doesn't actually give us any info. Like if you and I are both town and MD mentioned us instead of the other two, then going down that avenue would entirely unhelpful because MD's comments about Tranter are sufficient enough on their own and this strat would lead people to two townies. Maybe reach isn't the best word but outside of Tranter I don't think anything else about what MD said needs to be taken into consideration.

I posted my thoughts on Samp. Biggest reason is that I'm 95% sure when I met him IRL he said that he's played Mafia before, which would make him calling himself a complete newb just a total unnecessary lie.

Unfortunately a lot of stuff does link me to tranter but we don't know for sure he was maf and like jaz said there's no huge indication that MD was pointing at me. Just hunches back and forth like everyone has had all game.

Makes me feel like the trio of tranter / cincy / Samp is probably out. They also three voted the same both days at the end there. Not impossible for a mafia trio to opt to do that two days in a row but feels very unlikely.
However, one of Cincy or Samp is very feasible.

i think we might've gotten a mafia with tranter and am glad town pushed that through at the final hour. in effect, i also think MD could've been whacked for his tranter comments alone - but it also could be that he was whacked because of those PLUS another, e.g. towards Dan or Cincy. and if mafia was thinking "MD seems to have tranter, but he also mentioned one of us towards the end."

Right, I think if n2 whack was about Tranter and only Tranter then I could just as likely have been the whack choice; the fact that they went MD over me (or cum/Jortles, if they're town, since they did vote him d2 too but MD & I both were on Tranter both days at the end) could be one of two things: 1) it was a coin toss type situation since they thought either of us could equally likely have tranter's name, and they went with MD or 2) they chose MD because he raised eyebrows at both Tranter and another mafioso (Dan or Cincy). Another thing that could apply to either scenario there is that MD gave more of inspo vibes in general/something in his demeanor nudged them to think it was him over someone else who was on Tranter.
I'm hopeful that Dan and Cincy in either order could get us the town win. Neither Jaz nor Cum seem like maf to me, and Jortles has been a little weird in his analysis in Day 3 but nothing that screams Mafia to me. You're a bit of a question mark for me since we haven't played together before but I don't see a reason at this point to vote you over Cincy or Dan.

It won't, as I'm town. A vote for Dan is also Samp's only real option. But suppose just for shits and gigs that I am Mafia. Even if my other two teammates were alive and both in the runoff, having three people to choose from would guarantee that I could vote for a townie. If the same scenario is applied with Jortles having to place a revote, we'd have a guaranteed Mafia out this round. If I was Mafia with one teammate in the runoff, I'd have two townie options to choose from. If Jortles was Mafia with one other teammate in the runoff, he'd have a binary option and would be forced to choose and explain why one over the other since he's not voting from himself. Our odds of catching a Mafia would also be 2/3 in that scenario instead of 1/3. So either way if you're a vanilla and either Jortles or I could equally be Mafia to you, you're advocating for the less helpful route but calling it otherwise. Feels like you're throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks. Or maybe you didn't realize that Samp had the revote but just knew you didn't want Samp to go into the runoff?

I wanted to be the first Inspector to make it to day 5, or at least day 4, but it would be a stupid risk since we are putting forward someone I know is town. I was so going to do it if one of my unknowns got exiled.
That said - I played like shit! Cum and Cinci are town. I know nothing else.
Tranter was mafia.
Personally most concerned about Dan and Rummy but what do I know.
