I think there’s probably two mafia between you and Jaz and Samp; town killing two mafia in a row in LLL and Tranter just feels too lucky for us. I’d say my sus list goes you, Samp, Jaz but I am not discounting Jaz - just saying he feels least sus rn

The maf play is just tranter and rummy making the game more interesting. Plus if they lose they get to use that like “oh well we could have won but just wanted to have some fun.”
Night one guess: Cum. She was defending tranter quite a bit and she waited for a long time to cast her final vote for LLL. I interpreted that as her wanting to make the final decision to make sure tranter didn’t go.
Night two guess: you. This was honestly a pretty stupid guess. I didn’t really have a lead on anyone but the reason I guessed you is because you didn’t vote for tranter day two or day 1 and a few people started to get suspicious of you so I figured in the worst case scenario that I’d be clearing a towny that was heading towards being exiled otherwise.
For this guess there were two things. Most importantly it finally clicked that rummy played like a total softy this game, which is key. I almost posted in the night before I had my answer for everyone to exile her.
But the second thing is something I’ll quote and post in one sec.
ah ok cool cool so now i know dan was right to question jortles after all. this really sucks because i'm sure this is an uphill battle to get y'all to recognize that jortles faked and im not fucking mafia (question mark rn as to whether danny was--on the one hand, idk why jortles would help get his teammate pushed out but if he felt it would make things more believable, then certainly it is possible; or else danny was town just like i am and jortles was able to push his agenda real well there in d3).
and you can say "out in the field" is an excuse, but im legitimately on a work trip today/tomorrow/wednesday where i have such little free time. im glad i quickly checked inforoo before heading out for the evening w work people, but i cant really post much beyond this for the night, so i am not hopeful that i can get town to see jortles is fucking with you.
why would inspo come out THAT late on d3? yeah i know he said he wanted to Be The First To Make It Post D3 or whatever, but it also seems like a pretttty nice story to come out with when mafia was able to survey the entirety of D3 to see that no reveal occurred. so then they could fake and pretty much guarantee real inspo wasn't around to counter.

When Tranter was headed for exile, Rummy makes this awful attempt to plant the idea that we should shift the runoff from tranter / jaz to tranter / samp. She frames this as if it’s because she doesn’t think jaz is mafia. That was the way to not look so obvious.
But then as I pointed out, Jaz wasn’t set to die. It didn’t matter that he was the runner up in the voting. Why would she care in the slightest? And of course that’s not why she wanted to shift it. I don’t know what the exact play was, but I’m sure there was some thought that maybe they’d have a better shot of flipping someone to samp for that exile.

Not sure this even needs to be said but if I was mafia I wouldn’t need to fake if there was no inspector reveal. Would have coasted to victory especially in my first game back in a while.

I get why you could say Rummy is maf based on the whack, but it seems so obvious that it would be an extremely risky move from her. Like Jortles said himself, could make sense to leave me and cincy in the game with the hope that we’ll pack a bad move. Tbh the fact that Jortles jumped so quickly on rummy - and especially with the added lock - makes it seem like he was really eager to control the interpretation of events… maybe sway a couple of newer townies?

I have the inspector role. I get to guess one players identity each night. During the most recent night, I guessed Rummy and our referee told me Rummy is mafia.
That is why I “aggressively” jumped on rummy. Because I know for a fact she is mafia.
Now the only part left in the game is getting you knuckleheads to believe the truth. And it’s always the most annoying thing in the world.

im town and saw a reveal come through when i knew i didnt really have the time to properly look it over for a while; i wanted to go ahead and null my vote to move off of who was being pinpointed by supposed inspector as town. seems a pretty fair move, no?
my gut said go dan if cinci is town, but i wanted to give things another look when i actually got back to my hotel and had the chance. i did so, and went with dan after all. which now im thinking was a huge mistake, for obvious reasons.
